Trail done! Good pup!

🐾 Perfect! Right and fast!

Options

How to play

Rest your fingers on the home row: asdf and jkl;. Feel the little bumps on F and J.
Type the gold letter. Each key's color shows which finger to use. Thumbs press the space bar.
Every right key moves Ranger along the trail. A wrong key stays put until you find the right one.
Capitals: hold ⇧ Shift with the pinky of your other hand. On the screen keyboard, tap ⇧ first.
Tips

1. Look at the screen, not your fingers. That's touch typing!

2. Right beats fast. Speed comes on its own.

3. Paws: 1 for finishing, 1 more for 95% right, 1 more for the goal speed.

Works with a real keyboard (best on a computer or Chromebook) or the keys on the screen.

Privacy

TYPING TRAIL collects nothing about you.

No accounts, no ads, no analytics, no tracking. What you type is only checked on this device to move Ranger along; it is never saved or sent. Your trails, daily results and settings are saved only on this device, and clearing the site's data deletes them. “Share result” hands text to your share sheet or clipboard, and you choose where it goes.
