Error codes
When something on Ranger Gamez goes wrong, it shows a code like RG-G01. Find yours below. Still stuck? Email the code and the game to Rangergamez@protonmail.com and we'll know exactly where to look.
RG-404 · Page not found
What happened: The link you followed points at a page that isn't on the site. It may be old, or have a typo in it.
What to do: Head back to the games. If a link on Ranger Gamez itself sent you here, email us the code and the link you tapped.
RG-G01 · Game didn't start
What happened: The game took more than 25 seconds to load. Usually that's a slow or dropped connection.
What to do: Tap Try again. If it keeps happening, try Open the game on its own (under the game), or another browser. Your saves are not affected.
RG-G02 · Game files missing
What happened: The game's files aren't on the site right now, so there was nothing to load. That's our mistake, not yours.
What to do: Try another game for now, and email us the code and which game. Your saves are not affected.
RG-S01 · Saves are blocked
What happened: Your browser isn't letting this site store anything, so your progress, scores and settings won't be kept after you leave. Private windows and strict privacy settings can do this.
What to do: Play in a normal (not private) window, or allow site data for rangergamez.app in your browser's settings. The games still work; they just start fresh each time.
