Tents and trees: a free logic puzzle
Tents and trees is a logic puzzle about a campsite. Every tree needs one tent beside it, tents can't touch each other, and the numbers on the edges tell you how many tents go in each row and column.
PUP TENTS is our version, where every tent is a pup's. Camps start at 4x4 and grow to 12x12. Every camp has exactly one answer.
How to play
- Each tree gets exactly one tent, right next to it (up, down, left or right).
- Tents never touch each other, not even at the corners.
- The number by each row and column says how many tents go in it.
- Tap a square to put up a tent. Mark grass you know is empty.
Tips
- A row or column with a 0 has no tents. Mark it all as grass straight away.
- Any square not next to a tree is always grass.
- When a row's number equals the squares still open in it, they're all tents.
- Once a tent is up, all eight squares around it are grass.
